Paradise Villas Senior Residences
Our homes
Paradise Villas are real homes, not a multi-story institutional buildings. They're one story, wheelchair accessible, as easy as possible for residents to get around in. For security, each home is fully fenced in, as is the backyard pool.
Residents who wish to, may join Mario, our chef, in the home's kitchen, helping with meals.
Each of our homes is set up for both ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents. There is ample space for walkers and wheelchairs.
Pauma One
Our first home is a hacienda colonial style home.
Our first house features:
- Our exercise/TV room features a DVD player for video-based exercise.
- 6 bedrooms; each resident has his or her own room.
- Several bedrooms have walk-in closets.
- 3 full bathrooms, 1 bath with shower.
- 2 dining rooms; 1 breakfast room where most meals are enjoyed and 1 formal dinner room for special occaisions and family visits.
- Beautiful outside Rose garden looking out to the picturesqe Palomar Mountains so close you feel as if you could touch them.
- Outdoor patio and barbque area for dining out on nice days.
Pauma Two
Our second house is a colonial ranch style home.
Our second house features:
- Our exercise/TV room features a DVD player for video-based exercise.
- 5 bedrooms; private rooms and shared rooms are available.
- All bedrooms have walk-in closets.
- 3 bedrooms feature private bathrooms; 2 share a bath.
- 2 dining rooms; 1 breakfast room where most meals are enjoyed and 1 formal dinner room for special occaisions and family visits.
- Our backyard features a gated pool and a wide variety of beautiful fragrant flowers.
(If you love the smell of orange blossoms you'll love our yard!)
The view is of huge old trees, and mountains in the distance. - Outdoor patio and barbque area for dining out on nice days.
- Wide shutters on all windows for privacy, and to block light when desired.

- Local Phone service for unlimited incoming calls and local calls at no extra charge (calling card available for your long distance calls).
- Video phone! (Family needs a phone too, for this be of benefit.)
- Coming soon: Camera-equipped Macintosh computers for easy-to-use video AIM/iChat chats to Macs or PCs.
- Dial-up internet; we're working on getting high speed internet.
- Big screen TV, DVD and VCR player.
- Satellite TV with premium channels.
